West Gate is owned by ScanlanKemperBard Companies. West Gate is managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The On-Site management team consists of Scott Kirkpatrick, General Manager, Janet Tudor, Assistant Property Manager, Eddie Gustilo, Accountant and Dave Weaver, Chief Engineer.

Scott has enjoyed a diverse career in commercial real estate, having managed and leased multiple asset classes in Northern California as well as South Florida for over 25 years..

Janet has been with West Gate for more than 10 years. Prior to this position Janet was with the San Leandro School District for more than 20 years.

Eddie is our accountant and brings 12 years experience to West Gate.

Dave has been maintaining building systems in high rise office buildings as well as other commercial properties for more than 33 years.
