David has enjoyed a diverse career in commercial real estate, having managed and leased multiple asset classes in Northern California as well as Arizona, Colorado, Massachusets and New York for over 35 years.

Janet has been with West Gate for more than 13 years. Prior to this position Janet was with the San Leandro School District for more than 20 years.

Dave has been maintaining building systems in high rise office buildings as well as other commercial properties for more than 35 years.
