West Gate is owned by ScanlanKemperBard Companies. West Gate is managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The On-Site management team consists of: Chuck Champion, Portfolio Manager, Janet Tudor, Assistant Property Manager, Valerie Miranda, Senior Financial Accountant and Dave Weaver, Chief Engineer.

Chuck has managed several properties including small and large portfolios, mixed use properties from 585,000 square feet up to 4,000,000 square feet. Chuck has more than 34 years experience in the industry.

Janet has been with West Gate for more than 10 years. Prior to this position Janet was with the San Leandro School District for more than 20 years.

Valerie is our accountant. Valerie has been collecting the rents and paying the bills at West Gate for more than 9 years. Valerie brings over 17 years of accounting experience to West Gate.

Dave has been maintaining building systems in high rise office buildings as well as other commercial properties for more than 33 years.
